I don't know about you, but as I get older, that idea resonates more deeply with me now than ever before. Maybe it's because when we're younger, we 'spend' our time on things that aren't worth it. What's worse is that we waste our time worrying about things that will never happen anyway - stealing away those precious seconds that could have been better spent.
